The normal hire period will be three working days.
A returnable deposit will be required upon the booking of any costume. Deposit
charges are non returnable if cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the hire
date.
All or part of the returnable deposit will be forfeited if the costume is returned:
later than the period booked,
unreasonably damaged,
unreasonably dirty or stained
The full cost of replacement of a costume may be requested if it is damaged beyond
repair.
Lost items will be charged at the current price and will be deducted from the
deposit.
The hirer shall take full responsibility for costumes lost or damaged whilst
in their care.
